英語のスカウトメール(メッセージ)の例

リクルーターからのスカウトメール(メッセージ)は、だいたい👇こんな感じでしょう。

Dear Taro-san, 

This is Ethan from Mission Impossible Consulting. I hope you have been keeping well. I am currently working with various Energy Companies in Japan seeking a Business Development Manager with your background. Would you be available for 10 minutes sometime today or next week to have a brief phone call to discuss the details? I look forward to speaking with you.

この手の「電話で話したい」というメッセージが届いたら、「無料の英語面接トレーニング」だと思って、断らずにアポを入れましょう。電話インタビューを受けられる時間帯と携帯電話番号を伝えましょう。私が転職活動中は、平日の昼休みと退勤後の時間を伝えていました。返信文は、だいたい👇こんな感じです。

下線のところは、職種と業種です。この例では、「エネルギー業界」の「事業開発職」ですが、ご自身のご希望に合わせて変えてみましょう。JSTはJapan Standard Time(日本標準時)のことです。JSTをつけることで「日本時間の何時」ということを伝えられます。

最後の2行は電話番号です。相手が国内にいる人なのか、海外にいる人なのかわからないケースを想定した例文です。なお、番号が050始まりになっているのは、私が転職用にSmartalkという通話アプリを使っていたからで、090や080始まりの携帯電話番号でもかまいません。
